With the BeniPlus Benefit Wallet, an employer gives a spending account to each employee to use for medical expenses, wellness expenses, or to contribute to savings or charity. It is up to the employer to determine the maximum amount employees get in their wallet, but this amount can be as low as $50 per year per employee.
Employees are then allowed to use up to the maximum amount each year, but the cost to the employer is only what employees actually use plus a 10% administration fee. If the employee does not use their Benefit Wallet, the employer does not pay. There are no upfront costs or hidden fees.
