Life and AD&D

Peace of mind is an important part of an employee’s overall wellness. Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance provides protection for an employee’s family, including providing future income, covering end-of-life expenses, paying off debts and ensuring children are able to complete their education.

BeniPlus offers standard, guaranteed issue (no medical questions or exams) coverage up to $100,000 for the primary insured and up to $10,000 coverage for a spouse or dependent.

Employers also have the option to customize the coverage amount and BeniPlus is pleased to work with our clients to provide them with the coverage that best suits their needs.

All of our insurance plans are available either as a mandatory group plan for all employees, paid for by the employer or as a voluntary plan made available to employees, to be purchased using their Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) or Wellness Spending Account (WSA) benefit dollars. Plans purchased individually are generally subject to medical underwriting.

Pricing: Basic coverage of $100,000 costs between $20.00 and $25.00 per month per employee, pooled pricing. Pricing for additional coverage is available upon request.
